4. Cancellation and Refund Policy We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled virtual hypnotherapy session may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for completed sessions are not provided, as the outcome of hypnotherapy relies heavily on the client's individual participation, focus, and commitment to the process.
